Single-cell transcriptomics
Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) is a new technology for high-throughput sequencing of mRNA at the individual cell level, based on the principle of amplification of trace amounts of mRNA in isolated individual cells followed by high-throughput sequencing. Single-cell transcriptome sequencing can effectively address the challenges of cellular heterogeneity in tissue samples and transcriptome heterogeneity within cell populations that are masked by conventional RNA-seq, helping to identify new rare cell types and provide insight into the mechanisms of expression regulation during cell growth.
PANOMIX currently has two single-cell transcriptome platforms, 10×Genomics and MobiNova-100, which can be selected independently according to actual needs.
After the original sequencing sequence is obtained through the experiment, bioinformatic analysis is performed through the following process. The core of single-cell transcriptome analysis is cell sorting and identification, and PANOMIX uniquely uses the characteristic process to provide two sets of analysis: immune profiling and tissue profiling. Subsequently, based on the marker genes of each cell taxon, multi-dimensional advanced analysis such as functional analysis, communication analysis, developmental pathway analysis and CNV analysis is performed; and three personalized analyses are provided to assist in completing deep data mining.
